Testing update.

Okay, I wanted to update everybody on how the testing is
going.  Unfortunately, I have been unable to duplicate the problem with
having 2.0 bring Apache to it's knees.  :-)

I have found one or two other problems however.  I believe we are calling
into the ap_http_filter too often, because we aren't detecting the end of
the request properly.  I am looking into this now.
