Bonjour Daniel,
D'après mes recherches, il n'y a pas d'extension qui porte ce nom, mais il y a un modèle :
http://templates.openoffice.org/en/template/514pc-printable-postcard-sheets
Dans ce cas, ouvre-le avec OpenOffice et il génèrera un document vierge pré-configuré, en l'occurence pour imprimer des étiquettes.
