Too many files with unapproved license in master branch
Hi Guys,
Just updated my local master from Git repo mirror and got this exception:
Failed to execute goal org.apache.rat:apache-rat-plugin:0.10:check
(default) on project flink-parent: Too many files with unapproved
license: 3 See RAT report in:
/Users/hsaputra/open/github/incubator-flink/target/rat.txt -> [Help 1]
Anyone commit huge changes of new files recently?

Hey!
Just a thought: It has happened to me before that some old files (from
previous builds / copy actions / etc) lingered somewhere in the project
tree. They caused the check to fail.

Can you post which files exactly violate the license constraints?
It is strage, I actually had the current maste
(ae07abe3781eb583774eab917953f31cf4925cd9) tested on Travis and locally,
all fine:

Never mind, it was backup files in projectFilesBackup generated by
intelliJ Idea =P

in /Users/hsaputra/open/github/incubator-flink/target/rat.txt please? :)
