Precondition:
Deploy cluster with all components and default settings. Enable HA.

STR:
1) Navigate on Services->HDFS tab (or other service tab- where hdfs-site.xml can be downloaded)
2) Click Download Client Configs and download file
3)Check hdfs-site.xml files at cluster and in downloaded files.
/etc/hadoop/conf.empty/hdfs-site.xml

Expected result:
Files have same values.

Actual result:
*Property: dfs.namenode.http-address has final flag - 'true' in downloaded hdfs-site.xmll, but at host has not.*
