Larde data in SOAP message

Hi,
I have seen thread on above topic but I didn't get any
clear answer how can send large data in SOAP message.
Please advise me whether we can use for 3MB - 5MB data
in SOAP by using axis.
We have come across problems with axis. 

Please advice us, what will be the best strategy.
