How do i manage several Secret Keys?

Guys,

  I have several secret keys each for different client/customer. 

For Example:-

Client1 - SecretKey1
Client2 - SecretKey2
.
.
.
.
ClientN - SecretKeyN


  How do i store/retrieve these SecretKey's? 

  Can i store and retrieve these keys from .keystore itself or is there anyother special type of keystore?

  Any help would be appreciated.
