Fwd: Perl version

Am I practicing bad list-iquette? Or does *no one*
have any input/assistance on this scenario? Somone
please enlighten/validate...?

I replied, off-list, to your inquiry, which was also off-list (maybe you 
didn't mean for it to be?).  You sent me two messages, one of which was 
exactly the message you just excerpted, and I replied to both.

Did you not get my reply?  It would have had subject "several messages"
(gee, thanks, Pine).
