tomcat 4 and Forte 3.0/Netbeans integration

Tomcat 3.2 is 'tightly integrated with' Forte for Java
CE 3. I'm using Tomcat 4.x and want to debug some JSPs
with Forte - anyone know how I can install Tomcat 4.x
to run 'in' Forte?
