[2.x] JSON-RPC Binding Availability

The JSON-RPC Binding basic functionality is now available in 2.x code
base. I have also added basic support for JSON-RPC References, and we
can have two pojos getting wired using the JSON-RPC binding. Next,
I'll look into upgrading to the latest JSON-RPC Jabsorb framework.

Please let me know if you find issues or have any questions.

Right, it handles just the JSON part, we'd have to layer the rest of
the protocol on top of that. Not such a big deal though and a similar
thing as we already do in the binding for the SMD support.

I had a quick look at jackson, does that have support for JSON-RPC or
just JSON ?

How about updating to Jackson instead of Jabsorb? We already use
Jackson in the JSONP binding in 2.x, it seems much more up to date and
designed for what we need in Tuscany.

Great! I'll try it out. I've just started to play with JSON-RPC too in
CPP, it shouldn't be too difficult to interop that way.
