[PR] [backport camel-4.18.x] CAMEL-24231: camel-ftp - Fix pollNamedFile to use dynamic exchange for useList=false [camel]

davsclaus opened a new pull request, #25038:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/25038

   ## Backport of #25031

   _Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_

   Cherry-pick of #25031 onto `camel-4.18.x`.

   **Original PR:** #25031 - CAMEL-24231: camel-ftp - Fix pollNamedFile to use dynamic exchange for useList=false
   **Original author:** @davsclaus
   **Target branch:** `camel-4.18.x`

   ### Changes

   On 4.18.x the SFTP code lives in `SftpConsumer.java` (camel-ftp) and `MinaSftpConsumer.java` (camel-mina-sftp) rather than the shared `AbstractSftpConsumer.java` (camel-ftp-common) used on main. The fix was manually applied to all three consumers:
   - `FtpConsumer.java` - thread `dynamic` through `getFtpFiles()` → `pollNamedFile()`
   - `SftpConsumer.java` - thread `dynamic` through `getSftpRemoteFiles()` → `pollNamedFile()`
   - `MinaSftpConsumer.java` - thread `dynamic` through `getSftpRemoteFiles()` → `pollNamedFile()`

   Plus the `GenericFileHelper.createDummy(endpoint, dynamic)` 2-arg overload and `enrichFromDynamic()` extraction.
