[jira] [Commented] (MCOMPILER-489) User property for multiReleaseOutput

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MCOMPILER-489?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17681642#comment-17681642 ]

Jorge Solórzano commented on MCOMPILER-489:
-------------------------------------------

Yes, this doesn't make sense to me, that would completely break the intention of different releases.

I agree that multi release jars is a half baked feature everywhere, the IDEs don't really provide good support for it and Maven has some limitations with the configuration, but just providing a user property would not improve the situation at all.
