10.4.1.3 is live...

I'll send out the announcement tomorrow (after the prescribed 24 hour
delay to let the mirrors catch up).

I'm not very familiar with maven, but I have follwed the instructions
for maven deployment, and I have verified that the jars and signatures
can be found at

people.apache.org:/www/people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/org.apache.derby/jars

But is there some way to test that that the repos is working?
