[Instrument] Second parameter to registerInstrumentable not needed?

Hello, All!

It looks like instrumentableName parameter to

    public interface InstrumentManager
    {
         void registerInstrumentable( Instrumentable instrumentable,
                                      String instrumentableName )

is often used like this

    blah.registerInstrumentable( instrumentable,
                                 instrumentable.getInstrumentableName() );
                             

Maybe the second argument is not needed? Maybe it may be nuked?
