   @Apache9 Just like I set the flag in test
   ```java
   ChainWALEntryFilter filterAllCells = new ChainWALEntryFilter(new FilterAllCellsWALCellFilter());
   // let's set the filter empty entry flag to true now for the above case
   filterAllCells.setFilterEmptyEntry(true);
   ```
   
   Let me know if this answers question concern.  Or do you prefer to set this flag in a new constructor?
