New User's Guide Posted

I just checked in a first draft of a User's Guide (probably 80%
complete) for Struts, that will help developers understand how to design
and build a Model 2 style application with Struts.  In addition, the
"struts-documentation.war" file will include the generated Javadoc for
all the struts classes.

The updates are available in the CVS repository now; they will be
included in tonight's nightly build as well.
