### Description
[`DataTable`](https://github.com/apache/skywalking/blob/f3b567160ce61675cb692c3417101162d67093de/oap-server/server-core/src/main/java/org/apache/skywalking/oap/server/core/analysis/metrics/DataTable.java) combines a series of key-value pairs. The key is a string label, and the value is a 64-bit integer. The banyandb API, java client, and encoding process should support encoding such kind of data.

Why? This is just one kind of custom data type.
There are IntList. Database should not be aware of this, but consider it as a string only.
