When trying to assign a ds to a server that is in a different cdn, the message is:
`Delivery Service 42 is not in the same CDN as server 25 (server is in 1, DS is in 2)!`
What's the level of effort to improve that message to something like:
`Delivery Service 42 (xml-id) is not in the same CDN as server 25 (hostname) (server is in cdn-name-1, DS is in cdn-name-2)!`
otherwise, that part works great.
