Thanks for reporting this, I just wrote a simple test and produce the error.
Current we just set the CamelNettyRemoteAddress on the Exchange property to help us find a way to send the response message back.
I just updated the code of NettyEndpoint to setup the CamelNettyRemoteAddress on the message header at the same time.
