Attaching "H3057broken_links.patch" to fix broken links, page titles, disclaimers, stray blank lines, spacing.
I didn't fix the following:
 - docs\subcomponents\drlvm\TM.html the link http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/harmony/enhanced/classlib/trunk/doc/vm_doc/html/group__Thread.html is broken. i removed "incubator", but it was not of help at all. The point is that it's a link to Doxygen docs. however, classlib docs are not on the website yet
