Felix Web Console: Shell interface is missing

I was wondering that in the version 4.x of the Felix Web Console the Shell
interface is missing.
(just to clarifying: the web interface to execute shell commands from the
browser).

Is it planned to support this feature again in the nearer future?
Why is this feature not anymore supported?
