result = Avro::Schema.real_parse(JSON.parse(payload))
result.to_avro # => \{"type"=>"bytes", "logicalType"=>"decimal"}

```

Should be

```ruby

{"type"=>"bytes", "logicalType"=>"decimal", "precision"=>9, "scale"=>2}

```
