RE:WebOb conflict

Hi all

Finally I upgraded ubuntu from 12.04 to 12.10 and I could install Allura after this (with pre-installing numpy as suggested before).

Now I have another problem with Allura not starting anymore after a reboot, I'll tell more about this in another mail thread.

Yeah, the numpy & matplotlib packages are difficult to install, and are causing
us problems in other places too (creating the vagrant box, readthedocs setup,
Apache Jenkins which I'm exploring).  So I'd like to work on removing those
dependencies soon.
