Dubbo内置了一些线程池，这些线程池有些是处理业务请求的，这些核心的线程池是非常重要的。如果线程池配置不合理在业务量非常大的时候很容易出现超出线程池最大容量的情况而导致请求被拒绝，如果可以实时观察线程池的一些内部状况就可以做出合理的调整，对于线程池的监控使用micrometer是可以直接实现的，可以考虑将队列交给micrometer内置队列进行代理包装，常见的指标如下，可以补充:
Dubbo线程池监控埋点，可监测线程池队列大小，任务被拒绝数量 产出监控指标与面板配置。
