[jira] (MASSEMBLY-650) Include/exclude path format is uncodumented
Tuure Laurinolli created MASSEMBLY-650:
------------------------------------------
Summary: Include/exclude path format is uncodumented
Key: MASSEMBLY-650
URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-650
Project: Maven 2.x Assembly Plugin
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 2.4
Reporter: Tuure Laurinolli
Priority: Minor
It appears that the format for include/exclude descriptos in fileSets and elsewhere where paths are filtered is undocumented. For example, '*' apparently means "any file directly" under the directory being filtered and '**/*' "any file however deep" under the directory being filtered.
