[Issue 128351] AOO Calc, Format Cells, Font tab vs Font Effects tab - difference in preview

I can partially confirm this with the following configuration:

Windows 10 Version 1909 OS Build 18363.778
AOO Version 4.1.7 AOO417m1(Build:9800)  -  Rev. 46059c9192

I can confirm that the Font Effects preview is indeed a larger font size than
the 10 point defined in the test file. How ever to my eyes The Font tab preview
appears to be the same 10 point as the file.
