Updated Jetty

Hey All,

I'd switched xindice to latest stable jetty release (6.1.11) and would  
love to get some help on testing updated script on windows platform.  
Anybody got windows and a spare minute, just make sure that  
xindiced.bat script works correctly and please report back.
