RelaxNG support

Dear All,

in the project charter there is written:

Apache Xerces exists to promote the use of XML ... We intend to build freely
available XML parsers and closely related technologies ...

I am interested in RelaxNG parsing/validation, currently offered by e.g.
Jing or MSV: http://www.thaiopensource.com/relaxng/jing.html

Would this scheme language be worth implementing for Xerces? (to have one
library for everything?)
