The newly added UserOrConnectionSpecific LogInclusionRule does not have a UI, yet. If it is add manually or via REST trying to modify it through the WMC results in a error when it tries to load {{http://localhost:8080/js/qpid/management/loginclusionrule/brokerloginclusionrule/userorconnectionspecific/add.js}}
