Can you explain this in more details, and maybe post an example.

> we are looking to deploy Apache Camel in a cloud environment where the location of destination end points can change dynamically. Apache Camel currently does not seem to support dynamic end points in any configuration let alone in circuit breaker. Please advice if this is already implemented.
