When we executed `\{hadoop_mapreduce_home}/bin/mapred`， we would occur ERROR，as fallow.
ERROR: Cannot execute /usr/bigtop/3.3.0/usr/lib/hadoop-mapreduce/bin/../libexec/mapred-config.sh.

The Reason.
if hadoop_home isnot been set, mapred will execute \{hadoop_mapreduce_home}/bin/../libexec/mapred-config.sh, however the directory \{hadoop_mapreduce_home}/libexec doesn't exist,
Actually, the directory is located in \{hadoop_home}/
