problem with svn?

fyi... I've been having an intermittent problem with svn timing out
today.  I'm trying to check in some client test changes (global jetty
instance).

is anyone else having any problems?

FWIW, I haven't heard anyone else mention problems like that in the
infra mailing lists or irc channels.  Let me know if it persists
though.
