In class {{org.apache.activemq.artemis.jdbc.store.sql.GenericSQLProvider}} in file {{org/apache/activemq/artemis/jdbc/store/drivers/mysql/MySQLSQLProvider.java:24}} there is

   private static final int MAX_BLOB_SIZE = 4 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024; // 4GB
{noformat}

This numeric constant is overflowing the signed int into which it is being assigned.
