/apache/dist - 1.0 now there.

Actually, "README" gets sucked into the directory indexing interface, 
remember, that's the default name and I haven't change it.

I removed the old versions (they're still online and available for 
hysterical purpose), linked README.html to README, and put 
apache_one_x.tar.* there as apache_1.0.0.  So, folks, it's out and live 
now.  Now we need to announce it.
