Quick fix for the breakage will be done immediately, and then some consideration of further changes for later. I suspect the quick fix will make it so multiple clusters running off the same codebase are forced to share the same solr.xml... I probably need to look up the search order for solr.xml and sprinkle files in the right place to avoid this.
