Can't find class ERROR

			Hi Friends,

			I installed Tomcat's Binary Version 3.2.2. But when
I try to run server on my HP-UX machine using,

	> /bin/startup.sh 

	it gives me following error........

			"Can't find class org.apache.tomcat.startup.Tomcat"

			Any suggestion will be appreciated...
