[tomcat] configure hot redeploy

Hi.

I am not able to find any information about configuring the tomcat
plugin for maven 2 to perform class reloading like I do with jetty
plugin with:

	        <configuration>
	          <scanIntervalSeconds>5</scanIntervalSeconds>
	        </configuration>

Anyone can help?
