Search for FirstName with first Char uppercase followed by * not giving result; getting result with all lowercase and *

Hi,

When i try george* I get results. Whereas George* fetches no results.

Please find the details attached. In case I need to furnish more info please
get back.

Any help is deeply appreciated. Getting an answer to this would probably
solve many things for me.
