Some questions

  Hi,

  I read about Forrest in a blog entry [1] today.

  Within an hour I ported the existing homepage for my phpOpenTracker
  project to Forrest and am already happy with it.

  However, I have a few questions.

    * How do I include the DocBook/XML manual in the Forrest site? The
      FAQ entry [2] is not really helpfull, sorry.

    * How can I change the suffix of the generated HTML pages?

    * Is it possible to write multi-language sites with Forrest?
