[jira] [Commented] (SLING-8219) Support Groups in RepoInit

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-8219?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16752178#comment-16752178 ]

Bertrand Delacretaz commented on SLING-8219:
--------------------------------------------

I have added group statements to the test-99.txt [1] that test should expose all features so we can use it as a validated example on https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/repository-initialization.html - also synced that page with that test-99.

That's a bit rendundant but useful IMO, test-99 and the docs page then provide a quick overview of the language.

> Currently, the RepoInit grammer does not seem to support creating groups, which is somewhat problematic if you want to be able to assign both service user and group ACLs during the RepoInit process.
> The expectation is that you should be able to:
> * Create Groups by ID
> * Create Groups by ID + Sub-Path
> * Delete Groups by ID
