   @twalthr The table-runtime module has a dependency on flink-scala, which I added in a previous PR to not change anything on the Table API side. However, I would think that we should be able to remove it, assuming that the Scala extensions of the serializer are only relevant for users of the table-api-scala(-bridge). Then we could also remove the suffix from the orc/parquet formats. What do you think?
