What was the error message seen? I'm wondering if we also need to have a more informative error message to help identify the problem.

> Project: Accumulo
> Issue Type: Bug

> Affects Versions: 1.4.4

> A user showed me a large cluster that has been upgraded over the years from 1.3 (and earlier) to 1.4.4. He was unable to delete a table because the digest password was still the DEFAULT on some old tables.
> This may be a bug in the ChangeSecret class, or it could have been a result of a miss-matched configuration at some time in the past. In any case, ChangeSecret should be able to recover.
> In this case the /tables/id/state and /tables/id nodes needed to be updated to the new secret.
