Slight Delay in Release

Hi, folks

I want to take the opportunity of this weekend to assess all the email, 
prospective patches, and actual CVS commits, do the distribution up 
carefully, and test it carefully. So FOP-0.18.1 will be coming out Sunday.

Hi Arved,

I was hoping to get the change to Area.getMaxHeight() in there, but
since I discovered that this change breaks the cell height calculation,
I'm backing off. I think the cell height and alignment calculation
relies on a strange (and to my thinking incorrect) use of
setMaxHeight(). But I'd prefer to try to commit a coherent set of
changes rather than a "bricolage" which fixes some things and breaks
others. Hopefully, it will soon.
