Okay, most of the SpamAssassin committers (Theo, Justin, Michael, Malte,
Henry, and myself) have narrowed down the list of logos to a list of 19
logos from which we'll make our final selection.  The top few logos were
*way* ahead in the voting, so we're being *very* conservative in picking out
the top 19 (just the same, sorry, Sidney and Duncan!).

The plan is to use STV to select the top logo.  If there are 2-3 "top logos",
then we may decide to do a final round and ask the logo submitters to revise
their submissions.
