   **Description**
   
   As part of our migration off of travis, I propose we can pretty easily move all of our k8s testing to GitHub actions. This is especially easy now that we have a production docker image
   
   **Use case / motivation**
   
   Creating faster and more thorough integration tests and setting up infrastructure for merging out helm chart.
