Felix mavenization

For those that don't subscribe to the SVN commit mailing list, Alex has 
been busting his hump trying to mavenize the Felix build process. I just 
played without one of the installers that installs Felix as a Linux 
daemon...it looks like pretty cool stuff.

This effort is close to being committed to trunk. Needless to say, it is 
going to change the current build process. When the changes are 
committed we will post instructions on how the build process has changed 
for Felix developers.
