prereq for libapreq-2
Hi,
I think libapreq2 requires ExtUtils::XSBuilder too.

It probably shouldn't be the case when libapreq2 is released. The results of
scan should be committed to cvs and become a part of the package, just like
modperl-2.0 doesn't require its users to do the source scan and only has 3 .pm
files with tables.
