[PR] fix(catalog/rest): Ensure token been reused correctly [iceberg-rust]

I discovered that we were not reusing tokens correctly, which could result in sending an unexpectedly high number of token authentication requests. This PR addresses the issue by implementing `update_with` for our HTTP client.
