Remove the little mistake from Incubator status page

Hi,

In the "News" section of Incubator status i found this little mistake :
  >> 2006-06-31 Code migrated to the Incubator SVN server

I want to say that "2006-06-31" doesn't exists in the calendar.
The date should be either 2006-06-30 or 2006-07-01.

  Thanks and Regards
  Ashish Vijaywargiya

Hi,
You should also change date in "Infrastructure" area of the Incubation status page :)

I've updated the status page, both fixing that error and also adding
news about the website migration.
