    Resolution: Fixed

Fixed with r733867.  Not really logical to combine the 2 wizards.

Created a Plugin page for the server (double click the Geronimo server to bring it up).  There are now 2 buttons on here to bring up the wizards.  This seems to make more sense since these are not every day actions, but are still easy to find when the user wants to perform these tasks.
