2.2.0 release date

Hi all,

I'd like to suggest we go back to releasing early and often. For Click 2.2.0 I'd like to push out 
RC1 by the end of March and a final release soon after.

OK sounds good. Task I want to achieve with this release include:

* CLK-633 - improve API type safety (generics)
* CLK-598 - page interceptor
* add DataProvider support in Tables and Select controls, help reduce
the use of the Page#onRender() method
* work with Adrian on cleaning up some of the Menu issues
